NTRsupport now has Video Conferencing Integrated!

NTRglobal has integrated a new feature, video conferencing into their solution NTRsupport, the Leading Live Support System.

This new feature, combined with the existing communication channels of Chat and Voice over IP means NTRsupport is a total communication solution allowing companies to deliver a more personal service to their clients via a live web channel without losing the human relationship.

How it works: To start a video session, just click on the video button in the button gallery of the operator console. After your conversation partner has accepted the NTRsupport Plug-in, given that at least one of you has a webcam correctly installed, the video conference will begin and you will be able to see the video being captured by eachothers webcam.
