How can I add more than one NTRsupport button to a single page?
You cannot add more than one script to a single frame, but by adding 'IFRAME' commands you can create additional frames in which to add your extra buttons (an extra frame is required for each additional button).

How do I customize the remote control terms of use?
Log in as an administrator, select the 'Remote control start message' option from the 'User texts' section, and add '<$TERM$>' to the content. In place of the 'accept/deny' message you will now see a link to the terms and conditions.

Select 'NTRsupport Remote Control Terms of use' and add your conditions. If you leave it blank, the default conditions will be shown. The text can’t be longer than 4000 characters. A paragraph will be automatically added to the end of your terms and conditions text that exempts NTR from any responsibility for operator misuse of NTRsupport.
 
How can I change the background color of the customer window?
Add the parameter '&bgcolor;=XXXXXX' to the webpage script, where 'XXXXXX' is the hexadecimal code of the color that you want to use. This code is the same that is used in HTML, but without the '#' prefix. For example '&bgcolor;=FF0000' will set the background color to red.
 
Can we customize the chat session?
Yes, the button and windows can be customized (you can do this from the administrator's zone / configure aspect).
