NTRsupport offers a series of interfaces that integrators can call from their own applications to perform common tasks and consult information. These interfaces allow performing a wide set of operations, from the most basic, like logging in an operator, to other much more advanced operations, such as exporting statistical information for analysis, or reassigning calls between Operators. These interfaces are described in further detail in our Integration Toolkit.

Anyone with integration knowledge can call our interfaces, thus expanding their own application features, along with those of NTRsupport. Our set of interfaces increases continuously with new additions that enable you achieve even more complete and detailed integrations. Practically every application in the market can be integrated with NTRsupport, from CRMs, to help desk applications, to ACD switchboards.
