The Direct Support for Applications (DSA) feature allows you to integrate NTRsupport into any Windows-based software. It continuously monitors the applications that are being run in any workstation. When a program is selected that has been listed by the NTRsupport account administrator, the customer will have access to real-time, online communication channels in order to request support.
